Simran supports the firm's litigation practice through court filings, multi-jurisdictional case coordination, and confidential client communications. Her work spans federal criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and matters requiring pro hac vice admission across jurisdictions.

At Litson, Simran independently researches and executes attorney admissions and pro hac vice applications, coordinating local sponsors and procedural requirements. She conducts PACER docket research to assess procedural posture and case history, drafts and files motions, notices, and pleadings through ECF and mail filing systems, and manages document execution through DocuSign. She also coordinates confidential client communications with correctional facilities, bringing a structured approach to sensitive matters.

Before joining the firm, Simran clerked at Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia, drafting estate planning documents and conducting client intakes under attorney supervision, and interned at the Support Center for Child Advocates on matters involving abuse, neglect, dependency, and truancy. She also serves as a National Suicide Prevention and Tennessee Redline Crisis Specialist, providing intervention to callers nationwide and leading development of an internal AI-based tool that consolidates support resources for crisis response.
