At Litson, Simran drafts and files pleadings, motions, and responses under attorney supervision and cite-checks every filing before it goes out. She monitors court dockets, researches local, federal, and chamber rules, maintains discovery, and coordinates the secure handling of video and digital evidence.

She also drafts initial disclosures, subpoenas, and client correspondence, works with clerks to resolve procedural issues, and manages attorney admissions across the country, including pro hac vice and Uniform Bar Exam reciprocity filings. Before Litson, Simran clerked at Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia and interned at the Support Center for Child Advocates. She joined the firm part-time during her senior year at Vanderbilt and went full-time after graduating in May 2026.
