As a paralegal for the Justice Department’s Health Care Fraud Strike Force in Houston, Ridwan provided investigation and litigation support in white-collar criminal cases. His government experience spans complex health care fraud and pharmaceutical drug diversion cases. He received awards for Outstanding Contributions to Drug Law Enforcement from the DEA, Excellence in Investigation from the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency, and he was named a 2020 Fraud Fighter of the Year by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Ridwan was an immunology and microbiology researcher at the Texas Medical Center and The University of Texas at Austin, where he studied gene expression in sinus disorders and antibiotic production in bacteria. His scientific background and clinical and laboratory research experience allow him to uniquely approach complex legal issues.

Ridwan joined Litson as a law clerk when the firm opened in 2024 and became an associate after his admission to the Tennessee bar in 2026. At The University of Alabama School of Law, he competed on the Trial Advocacy Competition Team, served as a junior editor of the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review, and was selected for the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
