Before joining Litson PLLC, Sloan served as an Assistant Attorney General in Washington State, where she represented the Department of Social and Health Services in complex child welfare cases. She handled fact-finding hearings, negotiated contested matters, and provided legal counsel to agency clients navigating sensitive legal challenges. Earlier roles included externships at the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and Catholic Charities Immigration Clinic, where she worked on appellate briefs, confession admissibility issues, and congressional policy initiatives.
