Litson PLLC and Alex Little Earn Chambers USA Rankings After Just One Year in Practice

June 5, 2025

Litson PLLC is proud to announce its inclusion in the 2025 edition of Chambers USA, with both the firm and Alex Little earning prestigious rankings in the category of Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations. The recognition comes just one year after the firm opened its doors, marking a significant early achievement and highlighting the team’s growing impact on the national litigation landscape.

Founded in 2024 by Alex Little and Zack Lawson, Litson PLLC has built a strong reputation for handling high-stakes civil and criminal matters with precision, urgency, and a trial-ready mindset. The Chambers recognition reflects the firm’s success in federal defense, constitutional litigation, and regulatory disputes.

“This honor is meaningful to our entire team,” said Alex Little, Managing Member. “Being ranked in Chambers after just one year shows the trust our clients have placed in us and the commitment we bring to every case.”

In its first year, the firm achieved several major legal victories:

• Secured three presidential pardons for clients, including a former state senator, through strategic litigation and clemency petitions;

• Helped a business owner avoid prosecution following a multi-year federal fraud investigation;

• Obtained a preliminary injunction blocking Tennessee’s emergency rules that would have banned THCa hemp flower sales statewide;

• Won a $735,000 civil rights settlement after challenging unlawful enforcement actions by local officials.

“These are the kinds of cases that define who we are,” said Zack Lawson, Member. “We help our clients stand up to government overreach and guide them through uncertain legal ground.”

Litson has grown into a team of nine attorneys and legal professionals, including former federal and state prosecutors. With continued expansion and a deep bench of courtroom experience, the firm remains focused on delivering results that matter.
