Litson Secures Dismissal of All Charges in $2.3 Million Federal Fraud Case

Litson PLLC announced that Ryan Bloom, the former CEO of an Oklahoma City construction company, has successfully resolved federal charges against him through a pretrial diversion agreement. U.S. District Court Judge Bernard M. Jones, II of the Western District of Oklahoma dismissed the charges January 30, 2026.

Prosecutors originally charged Mr. Bloom with one count of bank fraud involving $2.3 million. The government subsequently filed a superseding indictment that added nine additional bank fraud counts and one count of obstruction of justice.

The resolution vindicates Mr. Bloom, who disputed the charges throughout the case. Given the nature of the charges, he faced the potential of substantial prison time and significant financial penalties.

The dismissal of all charges in connection with the pretrial diversion agreement represents a significant defense victory.

“We are extremely pleased to achieve this outcome for our client,” said Alex Little, Managing Member at Litson PLLC. “This case should never have been brought. The charges were filed before the government conducted any meaningful investigation, and Mr. Bloom should never have been subjected to these escalating charges. Our team was prepared to vigorously defend him at trial, but this resolution eliminates any trial risk while securing the best possible outcome—dismissal of the case.”

The Litson PLLC team, led by former federal prosecutors Alex Little and Edward Canter, leveraged extensive federal court experience to protect Mr. Bloom’s rights throughout the case. Through aggressive motion practice and strategic advocacy, the team exposed the weaknesses in the government’s premature charging decision and positioned the matter favorably for trial while pursuing every opportunity for resolution. The pretrial diversion agreement and associated dismissal allow Mr. Bloom and his family to move forward with their lives.

Throughout the case, Mr. Bloom relied on the unwavering support of his family, friends, and community. In a statement, he reflected on the impact of the charges and the resolution:

“Over the past 18 months, my wife, our four children, my parents, my aunt, extended family, friends, and my employer have stood by my side. This ordeal has tested our family in ways I never imagined, but it has also shown me what truly matters. While these 18 months have been a nightmare, my faith never wavered. This prosecution could never take away what matters most—the love of my wife and children. I’m thankful to finally move forward with my life and put this chapter behind us.”
